1. Overview

This website is operated by Ivory Crown Collective LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a limited liability
company registered in the State of New Jersey. By visiting our site or placing an order you agree to
these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an
order. Our products are designed for children but must be purchased by an adult.

3. Products and descriptions

We do our best to display colours, materials, and sizing accurately, but we cannot guarantee that
your screen displays colour exactly. Costumes are theatrical garments, not everyday apparel —
construction, finish, and fabric weight reflect that.

We reserve the right to change products and pricing at any time, and to limit or refuse any order.

4. Sizing

Costume sizing runs smaller than standard US children's clothing and is based on the manufacturer's
measurements, which we publish in inches on every product page and in our
Size Guide. **Order by your child's chest measurement and height, not by their
usual clothing size.** If you're between sizes, size up.

Wrong size is not a defect, but it is covered by our refund policy,
which includes free return shipping on your first size exchange per order.

5. Safety and intended use — please read

Our costumes are **novelty and theatrical garments intended for supervised dress-up, stage
performance, and costume events.** They are not protective equipment, sleepwear, or daily wear.

- Flame resistance. Costumes are not flame-resistant unless a product page explicitly says so.
Keep children away from open flames, candles, jack-o'-lanterns, stage pyrotechnics, and heat
sources while in costume.
- Adult supervision required. Children must be supervised while wearing costumes, particularly
any item with a mask, hood, cape, train, or trailing fabric, which can obstruct vision or create
a trip hazard.
- Small parts. Accessories such as buttons, beads, glasses, jewellery, buckles, and props may
present a choking hazard. Not suitable for children under 3 unless a product page states
otherwise.
- Capes and cords. Items with neck ties or cords carry a strangulation risk. Do not leave a
child unattended in them, and never use them for sleep or in a crib or play structure.
- Visibility. For outdoor evening use such as trick-or-treating, add reflective tape or carry a
light. Dark costumes are hard for drivers to see.
- Not sleepwear. These garments do not meet children's sleepwear flammability standards. Do not
use them as pyjamas.

By purchasing, you accept responsibility for supervising use and for judging whether an item is
appropriate for your child's age and abilities.

6. Orders, pricing, and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we ship.
If we discover a pricing or description error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and our other payment providers. We do not store your full
card details.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

7. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Governed by our shipping policy and
refund policy, both incorporated into these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

Our site content — text, product copy, layout, logo, and the Ivory Crown Collective name — is our
property and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

Costumes are generic character-inspired designs. They are not licensed, endorsed by, or
affiliated with any film studio, publisher, television network, or rights holder. Character
references in product titles and descriptions are descriptive only, to help you find a costume for a
role, and any trademarks named remain the property of their owners.

9. Accuracy of your information

You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information. We are not liable for packages lost
due to an address you entered incorrectly.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ivory Crown Collective LLC is not liable for indirect,
incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products,
including missed events, lost profits, or loss of data.

**Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in
question.** Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for
death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Ivory Crown Collective LLC against claims arising from your breach of these
Terms or your misuse of our products, including failure to follow the safety guidance in section 5.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. Any dispute will
be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
